Delivery and Returns
Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. If your product is backordered or delayed you will be notified. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, FPO, and Canadian addresses.
Orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will normally ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification, and should arrive the next business day after the ship date. Expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes and Remote Locations should arrive in two to three business days. Shipments to Canada may take up to an additional two business days. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
We do not sell or process online consumer orders outside of North America. International sales of Incite Brands products and services are provided by authorized Distributors and Resellers only. To become a Reseller of Incite Brands, please fill out the Information Form under “Contact Us”.

Defective merchandise purchased through Incite Brands may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Unwashed or Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 60 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise credit for the price paid.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. We may mail you a refund check if the original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
If we shipped the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received by our Returns Department, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
